Our clinics are private billing practices.

PLEASE NOTE: Merchant Fees on EFTPOS transactions will apply. Please note we can only accept cash payments in the exact amount. Due to bank restrictions, we are unable to provide change for cash transactions.

PLEASE NOTE: Medicare rebates are only available for telephone consultations that occur within 12 months of a face-to-face consultation at the clinic.

If you are unsure when you had your last face-to-face consultation with us, please ask our staff before booking a telehealth appointment.
